TicketsHOCKLEY, Texas. – The University of Cincinnati women's golf team completed the first round of the Big 12 Championship on Thursday at Houston Oaks Country Club in Hockley, Texas.
Senior Paola Rosario carded an even-par 72 to sit tied for sixth after the first round. She is one of 11 athletes to post an even-par or better score.
Freshman Maggie Huett posted two birdies in the first round, and she sits tied for 34th after 18 holes of play.
Mar García Jiménez (T34th), Winnie Chiang (T60th) and Lauren Pleiman (T63rd) follow in order.
Cincinnati sits in 12th place with an opening round score of 302. Texas leads the field with a team score of 286.
