CINCINNATI – University of Cincinnati women's basketball head coach Katrina Merriweather has announced the addition of Daylee Dunn to the 2024-25 roster.

Dunn comes to Cincinnati following previous stops at Loyola Marymount (2023-24) and Fresno State (2020-23).

"Daylee's ability to make shots as well as defend will allow her to make an immediate impact on our team," said Merriweather. "Her commitment to the game made her a no-brainer for us as we look to take steps forward this season. She understands what it means to be a Bearcat and is poised to have a great final season. We look forward to adding another quality young lady to our Sisterhood."

The 5-foot-10 guard was a weapon from behind the arc for Loyola Marymount. She made 22 three-pointers at a 31.9 shooting percentage in 2023-24. She scored a season-high 15 points in a win at Saint Mary's, going a career-best 5-of-8 from three-point range.

Prior to that, Dunn appeared in 64 games in three seasons at Fresno State, which included a 2021 WNIT appearance. She was also a member of the Bulldogs track and field team where she scored in the 400m hurdles at the 2022 Mountain West Championship.

Dunn is a native of San Ramon, Calif., and played a pivotal role in leading her team to the California Division l Final Four at Salesian Prep High School.

Dunn joins Cincinnati's incoming class that features Texas A&M transfer Tineya Hylton (Toronto, Ontario), Arizona Western transfer Alliance Ndiba (Lubumbashi, Congo) and freshman Chloe Mann (Fort Worth, Texas).
