Nine returners and one incoming transfer spread out across the country in six different leagues

CINCINNATI – Ten members of the University of Cincinnati baseball program, nine returners and one transfer addition for 2024-25, are participating in summer ball this year.
 
Lauden Brooks, Kory Klingenbeck, Josh Kross, Carson Marsh, Christian Mitchelle, Charlie Niehaus, Tommy O'Connor, Luke Sefcik, and Landyn Vidourek, as well as 2024-25 transfer addition Louis Perona, are all participaring in summer ball this year.

Carson Marsh – Hamilton Joes (Hamilton, Ohio) – Great Lakes League
Christian Mitchelle – Keene Swamp Bats (Keene, N.H.) – NECBL
Charlie Niehaus – Hamilton Joes (Hamilton, Ohio) – Great Lakes League
Tommy O'Connor – Willmar Stingers (Wilmar, Minn.) – Northwoods League
Louis Perona – Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp (Peru, Ill.) – Prospect League
Luke Sefcik – Mystic Schooners (Mystic, Conn.) – NECBL
Landyn Vidourek – New Britain Bees (New Britain, Conn.) – FCBL
 
Cincinnati recently concluded its first season in the Big 12 and first under head coach Jordan Bischel. The Bearcats posted an overall record of 32-25 and a 17-13 conference mark, good for a fifth-place finish in the regular season. The 32 wins constitute UC's first 30-win season since 2019, and the program was among the "First Four Out" of this season's NCAA Tournament.
