TicketsCINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati volleyball team has announced its complete 2024 schedule, featuring an 18-match Big 12 slate.
UC will open the 2024 campaign with seven straight matches away from Fifth Third Arena. The Bearcats will compete in a trio of tournaments to begin the season: Bowling Green's Hampton Inn Invitational (Aug. 30-Sept. 1), Bellarmine's Volleyball Classic (Sept. 6-7) and Xavier's Tournament (Sept. 12).
Cincinnati kicks off its home slate on Sept. 14 versus Kent State. The match will serve as UC's annual Tribute to #10, in which the program will honor and celebrate former volleyball student-athlete and coach Stephanie Meinig-Rosfeld.
The Bearcats will host Akron for a midweek tilt (Sept. 17) before concluding non-conference play with a home-and-away series with Morehead State on Sept. 19 and Sept. 21.
Cincinnati will play 18 Big 12 matches over 10 weeks while playing 10 teams once and four teams twice.
The Big 12 home schedule includes matches versus UCF (Oct. 5), Kansas State (Oct. 10), Kansas (Oct. 12), Texas Tech (Oct. 24), West Virginia (Nov. 7), Arizona (Nov. 14), Arizona State (Nov. 16), Baylor (Nov. 27) and TCU (Nov. 29).
The away slate features trips to West Virginia (Sept. 25), Iowa State (Oct. 2), Baylor (Oct. 17), TCU (Oct. 19), UCF (Oct. 30), Houston (Nov. 1), Colorado (Nov. 9), BYU (Nov. 21) and Utah (Nov. 24).
