CINCINNATI—The University of Cincinnati cross country program released its schedule for the upcoming 2024 season on Monday.
Cincinnati has seven meets scheduled for this season, including four during the regular season and three postseason events, taking place across the country.
The Bearcats' season begins with a trip up to Bloomington, Ind., for the Sam Bell Invitational on Friday, Aug. 30.
Next, Cincinnati will head to Savoy, Ill., on Friday, Sept. 13 for the Fighting Illini Big Ten Preview.
Succeeding the trip to Illinois, the Bearcats compete in the Joe Paine Notre Dame Invitational in South Bend, Ind., on Friday, Oct. 4.
For the third season in a row, Cincinnati will head to Peoria, Ill., on Friday, Oct. 13 to partake in the Bradley Pink Classic. Last season the Bearcats finished fifth in the men's 8k and sixth in the women's 6k.
Following its inaugural season in the Big 12 where Cincinnati took seventh place in the men's 8k, and 10th place in the women's 6k at the 2023 Big 12 Championships. The Bearcats will look to make noise at the Big 12 Championships this season when they head to Waco, Texas on Friday, Nov. 1.
The Bearcats will close out their season with the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Friday, Nov. 15, followed by the NCAA Cross Country Championships on Nov. 23 hosted by Wisconsin.
