CINCINNATI — The University of Cincinnati's swimming and diving program unveils their schedule for the 2024-25 season, featuring a diverse spread of competitive events across the nation.

Under the leadership of head coach Mandy Commons-DiSalle, the Bearcats are poised to showcase their talents in their second year in the Big 12 conference.

The season kicks off with the traditional Red vs. Black intra-squad meet on Oct. 4 inside the Keating Aquatic Center. The diving portion will begin at 12 p.m. with swim to follow at 2 p.m.

Continuing their momentum, the Bearcats will host Oakland University on Oct. 11, followed by a road trip to Evanston, Ill. to face Northwestern on Oct. 18, events beginning at 3 p.m.

The team then travels to Morgantown, W.Va. for dual meets against West Virginia on Nov. 1-2.

A highlight of the fall season includes the Ohio State Invitational from Nov. 21-23 in Columbus, Ohio, where the Bearcats will compete against top-tier collegiate talent.

As winter approaches, Cincinnati will participate in a dual meet against the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic in Coral Gables, Fla. The following day (Dec. 15), UC will take part in the CSCAA Open Water National Championships at FIU in Biscayne Bay, Fla.

Moving into the spring semester, the Bearcats return home for a dual meet against Xavier on Jan. 17, followed by Senior Day celebrations against Kentucky on Jan. 18.

For the first time in program history, the team will head to Baton Rouge, LA to face Louisiana State University and Delta State on Jan. 25 before traveling to Louisville, Ky. for a meet against the Cardinals on Feb 1 to round out the regular season.

From Feb 13-15, Cincinnati will participate in the First Chance Louisville Invite, hosted by the University of Louisville.

The highlight of the season will be the Big 12 Conference Championships from Feb. 25-March 1 in Federal Way, Wash., where the Bearcats will compete against some of the top programs in the country.

Last season, Cincinnati men and women finished fourth overall with 39 podium finishes, 11 school records and 19 NCAA B-Cut times.

Looking ahead to postseason competition, UC will compete in the NCAA Diving Zone Championships from March 6-8, with the location to be determined.

This will be followed by the CSCAA National Invitational Championships from March 13-15 in Ocala, Fla.

The season concludes with the Women's NCAA Championships from March 19-22 and the Men's NCAA Championships from March 26-29, both taking place in Federal Way, Wash.
