LAWRENCE, Kan. – The University of Cincinnati women's golf team wrapped up play on Tuesday at the Marilynn Smith Invitational.
Ruby Chou led the Bearcats with six birdies in the tournament. She carded an even-par in the second round. Chou finished nine-over par (225) and placed 26th in the tournament.
Rim Imni (T27), Yu-Wei Chiang (44), Mar García (T48) and Minoo Mousavi (57) followed in order.
Mousavi carded a team-high seven birdies in her tournament debut as a Bearcat. Imni was in the top-30 for the second-straight event.
UC finished in 11th place with a team score of 915. Kansas won the team title with a team score of 858. Kent State took home the individual title as Veronika Kedronova posted a tournament best 5-under 211 over the three rounds.
