CINCINNATI — The University of Cincinnati men's and women's track and field teams are back in action this weekend as the program heads to Louisville, Ky., to compete in the 2025 Rod McCravy Invitational.
The meet is hosted by Kentucky but held inside Louisville's Norton Sports & Learning Center on Jan. 10-11. On Friday, field events will begin at noon, followed by track events starting at 3 p.m. Saturday's field events will start at 11 a.m., followed by track events beginning at noon.
18 D1 schools from across the country will be making the trip to Louisville. Ohio State, Ole Miss, Louisville, and UCF highlight the group. The UC men's and women's teams will have 44 Bearcats (22 men & 22 women) scheduled to compete throughout the weekend.

Before going into winter break, Cincinnati recorded three program records, along with five UC all-time top-10 marks and 10 event victories at the Indiana Early Bird Meet on Dec. 13.
In her Cincinnati debut, junior Kya Epps didn't take long to make history, as she broke Cincinnati's 60m dash record, clocking a time of 7.27. Epps took first place in the event. The Salem, Ohio native also got first place in the 200m, registering a time of 24.03, which is good for seventh all-time.
Graduate student Naquille Harris (sprints) and senior Abby Knouff (pole vault) both broke their own school records.
Harris secured first place in the men's 60m dash, running a blistering 6.65. The Bronx, N.Y., native previously held the school record with a time of 6.70.
Knouff earned the top spot in the pole vault after launching 4.35m over the bar. Knouff previously boasted the school record at 4.32m.
