CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati Women's tennis team is set to take on Western Kentucky at the Western Athletic Club on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 1:30 p.m. ET.
 
Cincinnati (4-1) looks to continue its hot streak at home before a span of three road matches.
 
The sophomore duo of Morgan Pyrz and Sakurako Watanabe hold a team best 3-1 doubles record on court No. 2.
 
Singles has been led by graduate student Zeynep Erman, who heads into the match boasting an unblemished record in singles. The Istanbul, Turkey native holds a 5-0 record in the number one slot.
 
// SCOUTING THE HILLTOPPERS
Cincinnati is 2-1 all time against Western Kentucky. The last matchup between these two programs came in 2023, where the Bearcats took home a 6-1 victory.
 
WKU enters the week with a record of 3-1. Before heading to Cincinnati, the Hilltoppers gear up to face Northern Kentucky (0-2) on Friday.
 
The doubles pair of Mia Miranda and Emily Schut (3-1) look to continue their strong season, only dropping one match so far.
 
The Hilltoppers singles are led by Rachel Hermanova, the Pardubice, Czech Republic native presents a 3-1 record competing on the No. 1 court.
