CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati lacrosse team heads south to take on the No. 4 Florida Gators on Saturday inside Donald R. Dizney Stadium.

- Graduate Student Lauren Ottensmeyer leads the Bearcats' offensive (57) after matching a career-high seven goals against the Aztecs.

- Both programs made the move to the Big 12 after being members of the American Athletic Conference.
- The Bearcats boast at least five different scorers in 13 of their 15 games this season. Leading the way are Ottensmeyer with 57, Camryn Callaghan with 38 and Paige Selhorn with 20.
- Offensively, the team has scored a total of 195 goals, averaging 13 goals per game. Against the Aztecs, the Bearcats offensive was on full throttle, notching a season-high of 19 total goals.
- Hailey Joy Simpson has dominated the draw circle, notching a team high 40 draw controls. Lexie Wolfe is right behind with 39.
- Hailey Darko has stepped in and found her groove in the cage this season. She has tallied five or more saves in 11 games this season, including two career-high performances vs. Georgetown and San Diego State (12).
- Cincinnati is 8-3 when Ottensmeyer scores three or more goals.
- Freshman Paige Selhorn has made an immediate impact and sprung into the national rankings.
- With her 42 total assists, she is tied for ninth in Division I, making her the only freshman within the top ten.
- She sits third in the Big 12 for assists per game (2.75 avg/g) and has nine games with three or more assists, including a career high 5, three times. She is fourth in points per game with 4.19 avg/g.
- Graduate student Lauren Ottensmeyer has found herself among the nation's best. She sits seventh in the country for total goals with 57. Ottensmeyer leads the conference in shots per game with 133 and is second in goals per game (3.63).
- Cincinnati leads the Big 12 in caused turnovers per game with 9.69 avg/g.
