The University of Cincinnati track and field program is set to host its annual home meet, the 2025 Oliver Nikoloff Invitational, this weekend at Coy Field on Friday and Gettler Stadium on Saturday.

CINCINNATI —The University of Cincinnati track and field program is set to host its annual home meet, the 2025 Oliver Nikoloff Invitational, this weekend at Coy Field on Friday and Gettler Stadium on Saturday.
 
Friday's field events will be held at Coy Field beginning at 10:30 a.m., while Saturday's events will begin at 10 a.m. at Gettler Stadium.
 
Both days of the meet are open to the public and directions to Coy Field can be found in the meet information link. Fans are encouraged to arrive early on both days as seating is first come, first serve.
 
Fans can follow along with all the action via live results found HERE. Saturday's events will be streamed live on the GoBearcats YouTube page, found HERE, while Friday's events will not air live but will be posted after the last event.
 
// SENIOR DAY
The Oliver Nikoloff Invitational will also serve as Senior Day for the UC track and field team. In total, 17 seniors or graduate students (12 men, five women) will be honored, beginning at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.  The list of athletes includes: Justin Abrams, Hannah Blood, Nadia Collins, Astley Davis, Dominique Hall, Naquille Harris, James Helker III, Camiyah James, Brandon Johnson, Abby Knouff, Fred Moudani-Likibi, Jodie Pierce, Ryan Rieckmann, Korbin Spencer, Jackson Vollbrecht, Christopher Ward, and Justin Wei.
 
// LAST TIME OUT
The Bearcats recorded four school records and 11 UC all-time top 10 times during their time at the Texas and Raleigh Relays.
 
At the Texas Relays senior Abby Knoff continued to impress at the after coming off an All-America indoor season. The Tallmadge, Ohio native, in her first outdoor meet of the season, achieved the highest pole vault in program history after recording an impressive mark of 4.37m. The previous record was set back in 2013 by Mackenzie Fields when she had a vault of 4.35m.
 
Graduate student Amanda Ngandu Ntumba claimed third place after launching an incredible 60.10m discus throw, shattering the previous record by nearly five meters. Jane Sensibaugh set the prior record in 2022 when she recorded a mark of 55.15m.
 
In his first meet as a Bearcat, senior Ryan Rieckmann notched fifth place after unleashing an incredible javelin toss of 71.02m to take over the school record. The prior record of 69.45m was set back in 2010 by Brian Zimmerman.
 
At the Raleigh Relays, Junior Claire Curtsinger got third place in the 10,000m, achieving a time of 33:46.17, shattering the program record by one minute and 21 seconds. The previous record was set in 2022 by Maddie Walker when she attained a time of 35:07.49.
