LAWRENCE, Kan. — University of Cincinnati track and field standout Fred Moudani-Likibi won the shot put title with a season-best throw of 20.28m at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships on Friday.
The victory makes Moudani-Likibi a five-time conference champion across three different leagues – the American Athletic Conference, Conference USA with Southern Mississippi and now the Big 12.
Moudani-Likibi ranks among Cincinnati's most accomplished track athletes in program history, having earned first-team All-America honors three times. He also holds both the indoor and outdoor shot put records for the Bearcats.
