CINCINNATI – Cincinnati men's basketball head coach Wes Miller has announced the signing of forward Baba Miller for the 2025-26 season.
Miller, a 6-foot-11 native of Mallorca, Spain, comes to Cincinnati after spending the 2024-25 season at Florida Atlantic, where he averaged 11.3 points, seven rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.4 blocks per game while shooting 34 percent from beyond the arc. The team's leading rebounder, he started all 34 games for the Owls, helping guide the team to an NIT appearance. He scored in double figures 23 times for FAU, including a 25-point, 11-board performance against Florida Gulf Coast in November.
"Baba is a great addition to our team," said head coach Wes Miller. "He's an extremely versatile player that fits well with the other players on our roster. On the court he combines great positional length with a high basketball IQ and skill set. We also like his experience. He's played three years of college basketball, but he also has impactful experience playing with the Spanish National Team and Real Madrid."
The versatile forward began his collegiate career with two seasons at Florida State. He was a key piece of the Seminoles' rotation in 2023-24, starting 32 of the team's 33 games while averaging 7.6 points and 4.9 rebounds.
A former four-star recruit, Miller also brings significant international experience to the Bearcats. He played for Real Madrid in the Spanish Basketball League (Liga EBA) during the 2021-22 season and averaged 11.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.0 assists while playing for the Spanish National Under-18 Team in the 2021 FIBA European Challengers tournament.
