EUGENE, Ore. — University of Cincinnati sophomore Juliette Laracuente-Huebner placed 11th in the heptathlon at the USATF Championships on Friday, setting personal records in two events.

The Marengo, Ohio, native threw 11.83m in the shot put and unleashed a javelin throw of 33.53m, both career bests for the sophomore.

Cincinnati track and field alum Annette Echikunwoke also competed at the USATF Championships. The Bearcat Hall of Famer finished sixth in the hammer throw with a mark of 71.61m.
