CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati Athletics Department is proud to announce the return of its groundbreaking NIL event, "In Her Likeness," on Monday, November 17 from 6 - 9 p.m.
This event, held in historic Nippert Stadium's West Pavilion, is aimed at empowering female student-athletes by equipping them with the tools and resources they need to thrive in the rapidly evolving NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) landscape.
As part of Lifetime Financial Growth support, Whitney Kenyon will share a presentation about "Knowing Your Worth." Also, Total Quality Logistics will share what it means to "Be a Good Brand Partner and the Power of Networking."
MEAS Active, Oasis Face Bar, Energy Wellness, and Cincy Light will also be in attendance, and In-Kind sponsorships from Huda Beauty, Liquid IV, Celsius Energy, and Free People Movement.
Last year saw the nation's largest female NIL event, raising $35,000 for female athletes and resulting in more than 500 NIL deals and activations for UC's female student-athletes. This year, the department is set to raise the bar with projections exceeding those of last year.
The program includes two educational sessions led by top brands, as well as a panel discussion offering guidance on personal branding, self-marketing, and exploring revenue-generating opportunities. Through networking with industry leaders, UC's female student-athletes will gain valuable insights into maximizing their NIL potential, covering everything from social media strategies to brand partnerships and entrepreneurial endeavors.
