TicketsCINCINNATI – Cincinnati Athletics hosted its fourth annual In Her Likeness NIL event on Monday evening in the West Pavilion North Lounge. This year’s program featured keynote speakers from TQL and Lifetime Financial Growth, as well as interactive booths from local brands including Oasis Face Bar and Degree Wellness.
“In Her Likeness is truly something special,” said Grace Diederich, NIL Associate. “This event gives our female athletes the space to feel confident and empowered while gaining essential skills to grow their NIL and professional brands.”
Diederich added that she looks forward to expanding the event in the years to come.
During the event, 880 NIL deals—totaling more than $57,000—were awarded to UC female student-athletes, marking an increase of more than $22,000 from the previous year.
The program included sessions led by several keynote speakers:
- Whitney Kenyon, Financial Representative and Managing Associate, Lifetime Financial Growth
- Olivia Montelisciani, Recruitment Marketing Specialist, TQL
- Maddie Feldhaus, Sponsorship Coordinator, TQL
- Claudia Burton, Corporate Sponsorship Specialist II, TQL
Each session highlighted a key aspect of female athlete participation in NIL, covering topics such as women in business, personal wealth-building, contract negotiation, brand outreach and relationship development, and effective brand partnership strategies.
“The speakers at In Her Likeness really empowered us as female athletes and gave us the resources to thrive in and out of college athletics,” said Kate Mardis, a current UC swimming and diving student-athlete.
Following the presentations, athletes engaged in networking stations with representatives from Oasis Face Bar and Degree Wellness, as well as a content creation session, gaining valuable connections, resources, and opportunities to elevate their personal brands.
