CINCINNATI — Cincinnati football standouts Dontay Corleone, Jake Golday and Joe Royer have all earned invitations to the Panini Senior Bowl, played Jan. 31 in Mobile, Ala.

The trio bring Cincinnati's all-time total of invitees to 52, in addition to marking the first to play since 2023 (Ivan Pace Jr., Tre Tucker, Josh Whyle). Pace was the game's Defensive MVP as well. It is also the 12th time in which UC had multiple honorees, with the 2008 and 2021 teams leading the way with six.

Corleone's distinguished career includes being a three-time All-Big 12 honoree and two-time All-America defensive tackle. The Colerain HS product immersed himself in the trenches for the Bearcats as one of the great success stories for the program.

Golday, a linebacker, led UC with 105 tackles this season, including 3 1/2 sacks and three pass breakups. His 8.8 stops per game ranks second in the Big 12, and he was a Big 12 Student-Athlete of the Month for November.

Royer, another West Side native like Corleone, was a First-Team All-Big 12 tight end last year after breaking Travis Kelce's school record for catches at the position with 50. This year, he had four touchdown receptions and two separate catches for 67 and 73 yards, again earning All-Big 12 accolades.
