The University of Cincinnati women’s tennis program fell, 4-1, to Indiana inside the IU Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The University of Cincinnati women’s tennis program fell, 4-1,  to Indiana inside the IU Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

The Bearcats fell short in doubles play against the Hoosiers. Indiana claimed the doubles point with a victory on court 3 (6-1) and on court 1 (6-4).

In singles play, Milica Popovski started the Bearcats off by recording the first and only singles win of the match on court 6 against Li Hisin Lin (6-1, 6-4). 

Indiana took the last three singles wins on courts 4 (6-4, 6-2), court 5 (6-2, 6-4) and on court 2 (1-6, 6-3, 6-2) to earn the win, leaving two contests unfinished.
