University of Cincinnati star linebacker Jack Dingle added another win off the field this season, securing a partnership with DUDE Wipes.
Originally from Louisville, Ky., Dingle has become a key contributor to Cincinnati football’s success, while also growing his presence in the NIL space.
In addition to his partnership with DUDE Wipes, he has previously partnered with Cincinnati-based companies, such as TQL and the non-profit Impacting Tomorrow, to represent the city and give back to the community. When the opportunity arose to team up with DUDE Wipes, it was a seamless next step for Jack.
Founded by two childhood best friends, DUDE Wipes calls themselves the “future of hygiene,” specializing in flushable wet wipes for cleanliness on the go.
Focused on convenience and practicality, Dingle and the inclusion of his teammates were the perfect fit for this partnership. Created for people with active and fast-paced lifestyles, their product aligns closely with the demands of collegiate football players during the season.
In a coordinated social campaign, Dingle dressed as Santa Claus to pass out limited holiday-edition DUDE Wipes, called "Dingle Bells." The activation not only created a light-hearted moment in the locker room during the holiday season, but also emulated the power of NIL.
Dingle’s activation reflects a growing trend in college athletics, where athletes leverage personal NIL deals to enhance team culture and shared experience. Using his Name, Image, and Likeness, Jack was able to have his name tied to the product, while also furthering the culture and identity surrounding the team.
The duality of this brand deal, gifting the team along with in-store availability, perfectly captures the future of NIL and the unique ecosystem in which we currently operate, driving value for both brands and our teams.
