CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women’s golf team returns to action at the MountainView Collegiate, co-hosted by Kansas State and Missouri, March 20-22 in Tucson, Ariz.
The 54-hole, three-day event will be played at The Preserve Golf Club, a par-72, 6,365-yard course.
Cincinnati’s lineup features Ellise Rymer, Rim Imni, Yu-Wei Chiang, Clara Willem and Mar Garcia Jimenez.
The 16-team field includes K-State, North Texas, Texas Tech, Missouri, Long Beach State, Iowa State, Marshall, Colorado State, UTSA, Houston, San Diego State, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Wichita State and Iowa.
Cincinnati competed in the event last season, finishing 10th out of 14 teams. Garcia Jimenez led the Bearcats with a ninth-place finish.
The Bearcats return to competition for the first time in a month. Cincinnati is coming off a third-place finish at the Texas Golf Throwdown, where Rymer and Imni each recorded top-15 finishes.
