CINCINNATI — Two Cincinnati baseball players, first baseman Quinton Coats and designated hitter Enzo Infelise, have earned First-Team Midseason All-America honors by Perfect Game, with Infelise's being specific to the outlet's Freshman Team.

Cincinnati is the only team with a first-team selection on both lists. Coats was also named to Baseball America's Midseason Player of the Year watch list.

A Big 12 All-Freshman team honoree last season, the Olathe, Kansas, native now leads the nation with 20 home runs while ranking fifth in RBI (47) and 15th in hits (46) as part of a .357/.440/.889 slash line.

Infelise, by way of his career-high four hits in Tuesday's win over Wright State, leads the Bearcats with a .372 batting average. Of his 26 starts, three have been at catcher behind incumbent standout Jack Natili.

The Bearcats, who last Friday had the fastest start to 20 wins in program history, rank seventh nationally with 330 hits. The duo also hit over .400 for the month of March.

Cincinnati returns to action this weekend at Oklahoma State. Friday and Saturday are at 7 p.m. ET, with Sunday's finale at 2 p.m.
