CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's tennis team will host the Houston Cougars at 12 p.m. outside at the Trabert-Talbert Tennis Center in Cincinnati, Ohio for the last regular season match.
Following Sunday’s match, Cincinnati will hold a senior ceremony to honor its graduating seniors.
Cincinnati (8-13) enters the match looking to bounce back after falling to UCF, 4-0, on Friday at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio.
Senior Isabel Pacheco had a hard fight on court No. 6 over the Knight’s Dontella Guarnieri holding a 6-1, 4-2 lead when the match was decided.

Houston comes into the matchup holding a 16-5 record and a 7-5 record in Big 12 conference play. The Cougars are coming off of a four match win streak after facing Missouri State, Oklahoma State, Kansas State and West Virginia.
In singles, Sophie Schouten leads the Cougars in singles play with a 15-1 record on court No. 6 and holds a three single match win streak. On the doubles side, the duo of Elizaveta Morozova and Petja Drame hold a 12–4 record together, ranking among one the team’s most successful pairs in doubles play.
