TicketsCINCINNATI – University of Cincinnati Athletics and Cincinnati-based UMCincy announced on Monday a significant long-term partnership through the 2027-2028 athletic season.
UMCincy will serve as the Official Mortgage Partner of Cincinnati Football and Cincinnati Baseball. The partnership was facilitated by Cincy Sports Partners, the Bearcats’ in-house sponsorship team.
Through the partnership, UMCincy will launch Bearcat Mortgage, which will allow all UC faculty, staff, alumni and UC Health employees to qualify for a $1,500 closing cost credit on their home purchase with UMCincy. The program is available on all residential loan products offered through UMCincy, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, renovation, and investment property loans. There is no restriction on property location. UC community members buying a home anywhere Swift Home Loans is licensed can take advantage of the credit through the end of 2026, but may be extended. Specific program and credits are applied at loan application.

UC employees (faculty, staff, and athletics) have access to a UC-exclusive mortgage program offering reduced or no closing costs, preferred interest rates, and concierge-level service. The program is lender-funded, requires no financial commitment from the University, and aligns with UC’s financial wellness initiatives.
