STILLWATER, Okla. — The Cincinnati baseball team homered three times and drew a season-high 11 walks, but Oklahoma State rallied from a 9-2 deficit in the fifth to win, 12-9, on Friday afternoon.

The game was moved up five hours due to rain in the forecast. Twenty of the 21 runs came via the long ball. OSU's Colin Brueggemann, who had already homered earlier in the day, hit the game-winning grand slam in the seventh.

Jack Natili turned on an off-speed pitch for a three-run homer in the third, his ninth of the season, for a 3-2 lead. The Bearcats padded the lead in the next inning without a hit: Christian Mitchelle walked, advanced to third on an errant pickoff attempt, then scored on Charlie Niehaus' sac fly to left field.

Enzo Infelise added to the scoring with a three-run shot of his own, 115 mph off the bat to left center. That same inning, Niehaus deposited one over the left field wall for the 9-2 advantage.

Derrick Pitts tied the school record with four walks, the first Bearcat to do so since Landyn Vidourek against Arizona State last April.

Nate Taylor pitched into the seventh inning for the third-straight week, weathering a five-run fifth by the Cowboys. Four other Bearcats would also pitch the seventh. OSU ace Ethan Lund went 4 1/3 innings, striking out eight but walking six.

The series continues Saturday night at 7 p.m. ET.
