STILLWATER, Okla. -- Oklahoma State led 4-3 at the seventh-inning stretch, then hit a one-out grand slam to ultimately defeat the Bearcats, 11-3, on Saturday night.

The Cowboys (20-11, 5-6 Big 12) also scored five in the seventh on Friday afternoon to rally for that win.

Cincinnati (21-12, 4-7 Big 12) got on the board, and took a 2-1 lead, in the second inning with consecutive two-out, RBI singles by Jackson Reardon and Jackson Smith. The Cowboys, who answered with three in the bottom half via a homer, double and sac fly, also retired the next 11 Bearcats.

Cincinnati pulled within 4-3 in the sixth by way of some defensive breaks. Jack Natili reached on an error, and Ryan Tyranski hit a shallow double as the Cowboys' shortstop and left-fielder were unable to come up with the pop-up.

Dillon Schueler pitched a season-long 3 1/3 shutout innings in relief, with his last outing being three frames Tuesday against Wright State. Cincinnati used seven other hurlers on the night.

The series finale is Sunday at 2 p.m. ET.
