The Bearcats begin with Louisiana (39-23, 16-14 Sun Belt) on Friday night at 7 p.m. ET.
This marks the program's ninth NCAA appearance, first time of back-to-back bids and third since 2019. The double-elimination field also includes host and No. 14 overall seed Mississippi State and Lipscomb.
Cincinnati (37-20, 17-13 Big 12) has been ranked for the past month and is two wins away from matching the program record in 2008.
UC is led by a trio of First-Team All-Big 12 honorees in Quinton Coats (1B), Enzo Infelise (DH) and Nathan Taylor (SP), with Infelise also earning All-Big 12 honors. Coats broke the UC single-season records for home runs and total bases, while Taylor claimed the strikeouts mark in his final home start. Jack Natili (C) and Adam Buczkowski (RP) also made the league's second team.
