TicketsCINCINNATI -- Fourteen Cincinnati athletics teams achieved perfect Academic Progress Rate scores in the latest NCAA report, the eighth-straight season of double-digit UC programs accomplishing the feat.
Six UC teams accomplished the feat on the multi-year metric: men's cross country, men's golf, women's basketball, women's cross country, women's golf and volleyball.
Baseball (991) also joined the six teams with perfect multi-year rates as a Big 12 leader.
Football, while not perfect, still ranked in the 90th percentile within its sport nationwide. Men's basketball was in the 80th.
The APR provides a real-time measurement of a team's academic success by tracking eligibility and progress toward graduation of each student-athlete on scholarship. The current data contains multi-year marks from the 2021-22 academic year through the 2024-25 academic year.
