TicketsCINCINNATI — The University of Cincinnati volleyball program announced its complete 2026 schedule on Tuesday, featuring 30 matches across exhibition play, non-conference competition and Big 12 Conference action.
The Bearcats will open the preseason with a pair of exhibition matches, hosting Wright State on Aug. 15 before welcoming Tennessee on Aug. 22 inside Fifth Third Arena. The Aug. 22 contest will also serve as a tribute to No. 10.
Cincinnati's regular season begins on the road in Champaign, Ill., opening against Illinois on Aug. 28 and facing Syracuse on Aug. 29. The Bearcats then return home to host Santa Clara on Sept. 1. UC will travel next to Valparaiso, Ind. (Sept. 4-6), where they will face Valparaiso, Michigan and Oakland, before heading to Morehead, Ky. (Sept. 10-11) to take on Morehead State and Michigan State.
The Bearcats return to Fifth Third Arena on Sept. 15 to host Ball State, followed by a trip across town to face Xavier on Sept. 18.
Big 12 Conference play begins Sept. 25 when Cincinnati hosts TCU, kicking off a 10-week, 18-match conference slate. The Bearcats will play 10 teams once and four teams twice, with home-and-away series against UCF, West Virginia, Kansas State and Iowa State. UC will host TCU, Arizona State, Iowa State, Kansas State, Arizona, West Virginia, UCF, Texas Tech and Baylor inside Fifth Third Arena, while road conference play features trips to Houston, UCF, West Virginia, Colorado, Kansas State, Kansas, Iowa State, Utah and BYU.
The regular season concludes Nov. 27 at home against Baylor, with NCAA Tournament selection set for Nov. 29. First and second round play is scheduled for Dec. 3-5, NCAA Regionals for Dec. 10-12, and the NCAA Championship in San Antonio, Texas on Dec. 17-19.
