EUGENE, Ore. — University of Cincinnati sprinter Ade Lloyd and multi Miller Mabury concluded their time at the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships on Friday at Hayward Field.
Lloyd registered a 45.99 in the 400-meter dash to finish in seventh place, while Mabury notched fifth in the decathlon with 7,416 points.
Mabury entered the second day of decathlon action in second place after a strong showing through the first five events on day one, totaling 4,086 points. He opened day two with a seventh-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles, clocking a 14.69 for 887 points.
The Franklin, Tenn., native then placed 11th in the discus with a throw of 37.42 meters for 612 points, and 11th in the pole vault, clearing 4.10 meters for 645 points. He rounded out the event with a fourth-place finish in the javelin, throwing 49.12 meters for 576 points, and an eighth-place finish in the 1500 meters, crossing in 4:47.07 for 636 points.
