TicketsCINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati women's soccer team travels to Central Michigan for a 7 p.m. kickoff on Thursday at the CMU Soccer/Lacrosse Complex in Mount Pleasant, Mich.
The Bearcats will continue on the road to compete against Northern Kentucky at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6 at NKU Soccer Stadium in Highland Heights, Ky.
Cincinnati's match versus Central Michigan will be broadcast on Chippewas All-Access.
// SERIES HISTORY
Cincinnati has faced Central Michigan eight times its history, with the Bearcats holding a 5-2-1 edge.
The series started in 1980 in Mount Pleasant, Mich., resulting in a 6-1 win for the Bearcats.
Last season, the Bearcats defeated the Chippewas, 2-0, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Cincinnati fell to Ball State, 1-0, on Sunday at Briner Sports Complex in Muncie, Ind.
UC controlled the first half, outshooting Ball State 5-1 as both teams entered halftime scoreless.
Ball State opened the scoring after the break in the 48th minute, placing a shot into the bottom-right corner to take the advantage.
The Bearcats continued to pressure in the second half, adding five more shots, but were unable to find the equalizer, as the Cardinals secured a 1-0 victory.
Freshman Jade Dubois made her Bearcat debut during the match.
// RETURNING STRENGTHS
Cincinnati returns five starters from last season, including Anna Barber, who started every match (19), along with Emma Gioffre (18 starts) and Carly Oubs (16 starts). Four of Uc's 12 returners appeared in double-digit games for the Red & Black.
While the Bearcats will miss starting goalkeeper Camryn Miller, they return their main defensive line, featuring Gioffre, Oubs, and Christa Gibbons.

The Bearcats welcome six transfers and eight freshman to the 2026 roster. Cincinnati's freshman class includes Molly Kubistek, Joelle Bader, Braelyn Even, Rhegan Coombs, Jade Dubois, Allysia Iaquinto, Brooklynn Schomaker and Vanessa Kaminski-Roth.
Transfers Brylee Borgman (Central Michigan), Vanessa Manoil (Daytona State), Amber Branum (Wright State), Katelyn Jamie (DePaul), Tiana Campbell (Concord) and Ally Gilbert (Rhode Island) also join the Bearcats.
