FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Cincinnati women’s golf team wrapped up competition at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational on Monday at Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Ark.
Freshman Mai Mai Wimonwan led the Bearcats for the second consecutive tournament, finishing 15th overall. She highlighted her week with a three-under 69 in the second round.
Cincinnati finished tied for seventh as a team with a 928 total.
Senior Ellise Rymer posted the Bearcats’ best round of the final day, carding a three-over 75. She finished 24th overall, continuing her streak of top-25 finishes to open the season.
Freshman Staci Pla finished 32nd, followed by Angela Gomez in 36th and Eline Chau-Hu in 46th. Lauren Pleiman, competing as an individual, placed 47th.
Up next, Cincinnati will compete in the Abilene Christian Intercollegiate Oct. 19-21 in Abilene, Texas.
