Live Scoring

The Bearcats are coming off a fourth-place finish and have finished in the top four of each of their three fall tournaments so far. In the Twin Cities, Brayden Miller posted a career-best tie for ninth finish at 1-under-par, while Leo Wessel finished in a tie for 13th at 2-over and Aidan Wilson tied for 25th at 5-over, the best of his young career.

NOTEWORTHY
Tournament History: This year’s tournament is the third edition of the Cullan Brown Collegiate, which honors the legacy of the late Cullan Brown, a member of the Kentucky men’s golf team from 2018-20 and a 2019 All-SEC Freshman Team selection. The Bearcats did not participate in the inaugural Cullan Brown Collegiate in 2024 and posted a fourth-place finish in the rain-shortened event a year ago.

The Course: The 7,255-yard, par-71 Lexington Country Club opened in 1913 was designed by Tom Bendelow and has undergone a series of renovations by Kevin Hargrave. Due to a lack of penalty areas and out of bounds areas, the greens are LCC’s ultimate defense. Precision with irons to put the ball on the correct side of the green is critical to success at the course set in horse country northeast of Lexington.

The Field: Along with Cincinnati and the host Wildcats, the 15-team field includes Eastern Kentucky, Iowa State, Kennesaw State, Memphis, Mississippi State, NC State, North Alabama, Penn State, Tennessee, VCU, West Florida, Western Kentucky and Xavier.

BEARCATS IN 2026-27
Cincinnati finished at 10-under in its first two tournaments of the fall, posting a fourth-place standing at the Folds of Honor Collegiate Sept. 8-10 at American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, Mich., before finishing third at the Bearcat Invitational Sept. 14-15 at Coldstream Country Club. The Bearcats earned another fourth-place finish at 10-over at the Gopher Invitational Sept. 20-21 at Windsong Farm Club.

Leo Wessel, who has competed in two events, and Ryan Ford, who has teed it up in just one so far in 2026-27, lead the Bearcats with a 70.67 scoring average. Brayden Miller ranks third at 71.67, while Timmy Hollenbeck sits fourth at 71.78. Hollenbeck and Miller are tied for the team lead with four rounds in red figures, while Leo Wessel has three. Miller, Hollenbeck and both Eli and Leo Wessel have notched one top-10 finish apiece.
