TicketsSubcommittees are open to all One Team Committee members and all members have the opportunity to volunteer on the subcommittee of their choice. The subcommittees with be formed on a volunteer basis each fall at the first meeting of the academic year (August). Subcommittees will meet once a month and will report back to the group at each full committee meeting.
Education & Programming
Serving on our Education & Programming subcommittee are Lindsay Jaffe (Compliance/Sport Services) and Niki Cianciola (Compliance/Sport Services). They take the lead on all education & programming regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion. Events, Awards, and Celebrations
Jessie Mills (SASS), Meghan Viens (SASS) and Grace Kroner make up the Events, Awards, and Celebrations subcommittee. This subcommittee is in charge of all of the One Team events, celebrations, and awards. They’re in charge of One Team staff outings, staff events, as well as partnering with SASS and SAAC to put on the International Extravaganza and All Sports Nights. Buddy/Mentoring Program
Our Buddy/Mentoring Program, led by Beth Hussey (Leadership Team) and Jussara Melo (HR), aims to give new athletics employees a warm Bearcat welcome. Those individuals who sign up to be a buddy will assist new employees with getting their keys and ID; give them a tour of our facilities, and introduce them to the rest of the athletics staff. One does not have to be a part of the subcommittee to be a buddy.
Social Media
Taking the lead on our social media efforts are Niki Cianciola (Compliance/Sport Services) and Mollie Radzinski (Communications). They keep our Twitter and website pages updated with all things One Team. Whether on our social media page or on our individual platforms, they work to share and promote events going on in the athletic department and the university as a whole. The social media committee keeps the department up on all department announcements from marriage announcements to baby news to team or individual awards and honors.
