2024 XC: Ran in five meets… Placed 18th in the 6k at the Sam Bell Invitational with a time of 19:26.4.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Medina High School… Ran track and cross country all four years… 5000m and 3200m school record holder, 5000m district champion, 3200m state qualifier regional runner-up, 5000m All-Ohio XC and all conference MVP XC 2… State Qualifier and Indoor National Qualifier (4x800, 4xmile) … As a team in his Junior year Medina was district and conference champions in 4x800 and outdoor the runner-up in the 4x800m setting a school record.
PERSONAL: A native of Medina, Ohio, born on August 23, 2005… Son of Dan and Allison Sebaugh… Has two sisters, Heidi and Tiffany… Was a Boy Scout and did Rotary Club.
