2025 OTF: Did not compete.
2025 ITF: Competed in five meets... At the Rod McCravy Memorial, he ran a personal best time of 1:21.26 in the 600m and placed fourth overall... At the Music City Challenge, he recorded a personal best time of 1:52.03 in the 800m and finished in third overall... At the Big 12 Championships, he ran a time of 9:50.19 in the distance medley relay and placed eighth overall.
2024 XC: Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Medina High School… Ran track and cross country all four years… XC all conference, XC state qualifier, conference MVP and champion in 1600m and 800m… Medina County MVP… District and regional champion in 800m and 4x800m… State podium fourth in 800m and second in 4x800m… 11th at New Balance nationals… School records in 4x800m and 800m.
PERSONAL: A native of Medina, Ohio, born on June 30, 2004… Son of Alberto and Renee Ramos… Honor roll all four years of HS and academic all-Ohio… Was an Eagle Scout.
