2012 cross country season: Finished 63rd overall at the Queen City Invitational on Sept. 7, running the 5k in 17:26.11..was 120th overall and No. 7 for UC at Vanderbilt University Commodore Classic, running the 8k course in 27:06.95...finished 31st overall in the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship open division, completing the 8k course in 27:01.32...finished 213th in the unseeded race at the Pre-Nationals Invitational at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park in Louisville, running the 8k course in 26:55.1...was 85th overall and No. 7 for UC at the BIG EAST Conference championship meet at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, N.Y., finishing the 8k course in 27:32.85...

Collegiate career bests: 5k - 17:26.11 (2012 Queen City) 8k - 26:55.1 (2012 Pre-Nationals)

High school: Member of Oak Hills' 2007 Greater Miami Conference championship team...ranked 14th on Oak Hill's all-time list...elected to the Captains' Counsel and picked for the Anthony Munoz Leadership Seminar.

Favorite music?: Darius Rucky, Kenny Chesney

Favorite thing to do when not studying or training?: Go to Reds games. I also like traveling to other ballparks across the country.

Favorite training run?: One that goes past the stadiums (Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium) and across the (Ohio) river.

Why did you choose UC?: Because of the co-op program and I liked how close everything is on campus.

What are your future career plans?: Starting up my own running store after college.
