2020-21 ITF: At the McCravy Green Invitational in January, Sandusky placed second in the 3000m dash with a time of 8:02.56, which is good for third all-time at UC… at the NCAA Indoor Championships, Sandusky placed 14th in the 5000m dash with a time of 13:54.96 (second all-time at UC) and would earn an All-American nod.
2020-21 OTF: Sandusky was part of the 4x1500m relay team that finished with a record-breaking time of 15:34.91 at the Tennessee Relays in April… during the AAC Championships, Sandusky ran a time of 29:55.97(eight all-time at UC) in the 10,000m dash to place second… Sandusky wrapped up his season with a 18th place finish in the 10,000m dash with a time of 29:26.63 (third all-time at UC) at the NCAA East Prelims.
PRIOR TO UC: Competed for three years at Northern Kentucky University before redshirting the entire 2019-20 academic year... will have one season each of cross country, indoor and outdoor with Cincinnati... during his time with the Norse, captured three Horizon League titles, including a sweep of the 1,500m and 3,000m steeplechase at the 2019 outdoor meet and the 5,000m crown at the 2019 indoor meet... earned all-conference honors (Top 3 finish) five times on the track and once in cross country... in cross country, placed fourth at the 2018 league meet after placing 12th in 2017 and 36th in 2016... competed in the NCAA Southeast Region meet three times as well, finishing a best of 82nd in 2017... also was 117th in 2018 and 133rd in 2016... indoors, scored for the team in six events throughout his career... was the 5,000m winner and third in the 3,000m in 2019 after placing sixth and eighth, respectively, in 2018... helped a pair of relays to point in 2016, including a fifth-place showing for the DMR and 7th by the 4x400m... on the outdoor track, swept both titles in the 2019 league meet as he won the 1,500m and the 3,000m steeplechase... was third in the steeple and 10th in the 1,500m one year prior... was fifth in the steeple and 12th in the 1,500m as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Marysville High School (Marysville, Ohio)... in cross country, placed in the Top 25 of the Ohio Capital Conference all four years, including sixth as a senior and eighth as a sophomore... indoors, competed at the Ohio state meet twice, finishing 10th in the 1,600m run in 2016 after placing 13th in the 800m run in 2015... outdoors, reached the state finals in the 1,600m run twice, placing 14th as a senior after placing 15th as a sophomore... scored in the conference meet five teams with a best of second place in the 1,600m as a senior.
