2025-26 SEASONS
2026 OTF: Competed in seven meets...Placed 22nd at the NCAA East First Round in the 1500m race...Secured a victory in the 1500m at the Wake Forest Invitational while setting a 3:39.68 PR, the second best mark in program history...Ran his season best 800m at Raleigh Relays with a time of 1:49.90, less than one second off of a new PR.
2026 ITF: Competed in five meets... Led off school-record DMR mark (9:33.52) at the Big 12 Championships, good enough for third at the meet and All-Big 12 honors...Set mile PR at the Music City Challenge (4:00.19), which was the best by a Bearcat on the year and third in program history...His 1:50.18 mark in the 800m in Nashville was also third in the school record books.
2025 XC: Competed in every event... Set 5K PR at the season-opening RedHawk Rumble (14:49.2), where he finished fifth... Was 18th at the Angel Mounds Invitational in the 8K.
2024-25 SEASONS
2025 OTF: Competed in six meets… Placed 10th in the 800m at the Big 12 Championships after registering a time of 1:49.76… Ran a personal best 3:47.98 in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays… Notched second place at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational after crossing the finish line at 1:49.71 in the 800m… At the Jesse Owens Classic, he clocked a time of 1:53.62 in the 800m to bring home third place.
2025 ITF: Competed in five meets... At the 2025 Rod McCravy Memorial, he recorded a personal best in the 1000m (2:24.80), earning first place... Placed 11th in the mile (4:11.14) at the Crossroads of America Invitational... At the Raleigh Relays in the 1500m (3:47.98) he placed 58 out of 202.
2024 XC: Ran in six meets… Logged a time of 19:29.6 in the 6k at the Sam Bell Invitational placing 19th… Competed in the 8k at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 24:03.3.
2023-24 SEASONS
2024 ITF: Competed in three meets… Had an incredible outing at the Music City Challenge finishing 10th in both the 800m (1:52.16) and mile (4:02.98)… Placed eighth in the mile (4:05.71) at the Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championships.
2024 OTF: Participated in five meets… Clocked a personal best 800m (1:49.36) at the Wake Forest Invitational ending in sixth… At the 2024 Bryan Clay Invitational he placed 71st with a personal best time in the 1500m (3:49.59).
2023 XC: Ran in three meets… Recorded a personal best 8k (24:55.1) time at the Big 12 Championships finishing 66th.
High School: Attended Walnut Hillis High School running track and cross country for three years… As a junior he qualified for the OHSSA DI State Championships in the 1600m where he ran a personal best 4:12.90 and finished fifth overall… A district qualifier in the 1600m in 2021 and 2022.
Personal: A Cincinnati native born on Aug. 22, 2004… Son of Andrew and Kate Allwein… Has one brother Enzo… Plans to major in Business and Finance during his time at UC.
