PRIOR TO UC
Hough played three seasons at California (Pa.), logging 85 tackles while adding 13.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, and three pass breakups. He helped his team earn a berth in the NCAA Division II playoffs, where California won its first game vs. No. 3 seed Virginia Union. Hough had four tackles and 1.5 TFL in that game. He began his career at Syracuse as a running back.
