Dustin Tripp
Dustin Tripp joined the UC football sports performance staff in 2019 as an assistant coach.
 
In his role, Tripp works directly with UC’s football players on maximizing their athletic potential. The Bearcats program focuses on strength, power and explosive development training through all phases of motion. The goal is to maximize physical and mental toughness while staying healthy.
 
Tripp spent the 2018 season working at Michigan State University as a graduate intern working with football, hockey, wrestling, men's and women's golf.
 
He was a four-year letterwinner as a defensive lineman at Alma College where he was a three-time D3football.com All-North Region selection and a First-Team All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association honoree in 2017. As a senior, the team captain led the MIAA with 14 sacks and 17 tackles for a loss. At the time of his graduation, he held the Scots career mark with 25 sacks.
 
The native of Byron Center, Michigan earned his degree in integrated physiology and health science – clinical exercise from Alma in 2017.
 
Tripp and his fiancée Kelly live in Cincinnati.
