Jack Griffith

Jack Griffith enters his third season as Cincinnati’s Director of Player Personnel, where he oversees all transfer portal operations and plays a pivotal role in roster construction. His efforts have been instrumental in bringing top talent to Clifton.

Under his leadership, Cincinnati has landed several key transfers, including All-Big 12 First Team tight end Joe Royer, All-Big 12 honorable mention linebackers Jared Bartlett and Jake Golday, starting quarterback Brendan Sorsby, who accounted for 3,260 total yards and 27 touchdowns in 2024, and dynamic running back Evan Pryor.

Before joining Cincinnati, Griffith spent the 2022 season in the New York Jets’ scouting department and previously served as a program assistant at Ohio State. He also spent two years at Villanova while attending law school.

As a former Marist safety, Griffith totaled 84 career tackles and earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors.
