Mullett is in his first season as the special assistant to the head coach.
The South Lyon, Mich., native will serve on Scott Satterfield’s leadership team and comes to the Bearcats from Louisville where he worked as the Director of Football Technology since 2018. He oversaw all coaches video and digital technology for the Cardinals.
In his role, Mullett will assist Satterfield with a variety of responsibilities, including spearheading all facility and technology projects, player development and personnel, business operations, technology, video, recruiting associates, quality control coaches, Name, Image and Likeness, and other administrative duties.
A veteran of over a decade working in college football, Mullett previously served as the associate director of football operations at Tennessee in 2017 and was the Director of Video Services at Marshall from 2015 to 2017.
Additionally, Mullett was the video coordinator for three years at his alma mater, Eastern Michigan, where he directed all aspects of the football team's audio-visual productions. He was a student assistant for the football team at EMU and served as a defensive graduate assistant before taking over video duties.
Mullett lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Abbie, and their three sons, Weston, Wyatt, and Waylon.
