Wes Fleming
Wes Fleming is in his first season as a quality control coach at Cincinnati in 2023. Fleming will specialize in working with defensive backs. 
 
Fleming most recently spent time in a similar role at Nebraska in 2022 after stints at Army, Midland and Kansas Wesleyan.
 
Fleming spent a season as a defensive quality control coach at Army in 2021, helping the Black Knights to a nine-win season with an Armed Forces Bowl victory over Missouri.
 
Prior to Army, Fleming served as the offensive coordinator for two seasons at Midland University from 2019-20, where he produced record setting offensive output. While also coaching the quarterback room, Fleming's first year on staff saw Midland break single-season program records for total points (397), scoring average (36.1) and passing touchdowns (31).
 
Before Midland, Fleming served in a number of key roles at Kansas Wesleyan. After Fleming was promoted to offensive and special teams coordinator in 2018, Kansas Wesleyan dominated the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference en route to posting an undefeated record to advance to the NAIA semifinals. Fleming helped the Coyotes set program conference in wins (13), total yards (6,935) and total points (676) in 2018. Kansas Wesleyan finished with a No. 6 national ranking and 10 players earned all-conference honors, including the conference player of the year and offensive player of the year selections.
 
The Chicago Heights, Ill., native started his coaching career at alma mater St. Ambrose University after his graduation in 2015. Fleming earned a master's degree in business administration from Kansas Wesleyan in 2017.
