TicketsMurphy joined the Cincinnati football staff in February 2026, where he will oversee the cornerbacks.
He previously worked with new safeties coach David Rowe at Rutgers for the past year following four seasons at Western Carolina as its corners coach. He first worked with Rowe while serving as a grad assistant at his alma mater, Valdosta State.
Murphy is a native of St. Petersburg, Fla.
