A 2001 Cincinnati graduate, Berger is responsible for the identification, cultivation and solicitation of gifts to Cincinnati Athletics.
Throughout his career, Berger has held a variety of roles within the department including almost a decade with the Cincinnati men’s basketball program before moving to development in 2020.
He and his wife, Carrie, have one son, Grayson.
