TicketsGriffin Preuss is the Director of Graphic Design for the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics.
In his role, Preuss leads graphic design and visual creative efforts across Cincinnati Athletics, working primarily with Men’s Basketball. His work ranges from recruiting and social media to gameday, print, in-venue branding and larger creative campaigns that help shape the visual identity of the Bearcats.
Among his most notable projects is the design and direction of Cincinnati’s Black Cat uniform campaign. The uniforms were named UNISWAG’s Uniform of the Year for the 2024-25 season, marking one of the program’s most recognized creative initiatives in recent years.
Preuss’ journey with Cincinnati Athletics began as a student, when he spent four years working with the Bearcats Agency and Men’s Basketball program. During that time, he gained experience across graphic design, content creation, recruiting and the many creative needs that come with a college athletics program.
Following his graduation, Preuss remained with Men’s Basketball for a year as a post-graduate, working alongside the staff on recruiting and internal creative projects before transitioning into a broader role with Cincinnati Athletics.
A Toledo, Ohio, native, Preuss graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in media production.
