VanDeusen comes to UC from Bartram Trail High School where he qualified for the state championships for three-straight years … During his senior season, he finished second in the state of Florida in the 100-yard freestyle … Swam for Bolles Swimming Club.

Son of Kirk and Julie … Dad played basketball and mom played volleyball … Has two older siblings Jack, who swam at UF and Klaire who plays beach volleyball at FAU.
