Tickets2025-26: Competed in 12 meets this season… Qualified for NCAA’s in the 100-yard breaststroke, placing 21st with a time of 59.26, marking her personal best time in the event… Contributed to four third-place relay finishes at the Big 12 Championships in the 200-yard medley relay (1:36.84), 800-yard freestyle relay (7:13.25), 200-yard freestyle relay (1:30.22) and in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:18.02)... Secured an individual podium finish at the Big 12 Championships in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 59.34… Grabbed four event wins including two against Northern Kentucky in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.51) and 500-yard freestyle (5:06.03) and once versus Miami (OH) in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:18.32) and Indiana in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.67)... Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team… Ranks second in points at Cincinnati and fourth in the Big 12 with 827.80.
2024-25: Competed in 10 meets… Served as an alternate at the 2025 NCAA Women's Championships... Notched first place against Oakland in the 500-yard freestyle... Placed second in four different events this season including the 200-yard freestyle, 200-yard breaststroke, 500-yard freestyle and the 100-yard breaststroke… Finished eighth in the 100-yard breaststroke at the Big 12 Conference Championship… Earned Big 12 Women’s Swimmer of the Week… Ranks second in program history in the 50-yard breaststroke and 100-yard breaststroke… Sits seventh in program history in the 200-yard breaststroke… Member of the program record breaking 400-yard freestyle relay... Earned Second Team All-Big 12... Tallied an NCAA B-Cut time in the 100-yard breaststroke.
2023-24: Competed in nine meets this season... Tallied second in two events against Northwestern including the 100-yard breaststroke (1:03.63) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:21.00)... Achieved first in the 500-yard freestyle (5:03.93) vs Kenyon... Registered two personal bests at the Big XII Conference Championships in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.73) and the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.14).
HIGH SCHOOL / PREP: Attended and swam for Rancocas Valley Regional High School… During her senior season, she placed fifth at the state championship meet in the 100-yard freestyle… Placed sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke at the state meet.
PERSONAL: Worrell comes from a family of swimmers… Sister Kelsi swam at University of Louisville, sister Taylor swam for University of South Carolina, and brother Kyle swam at University of Louisville… Kelsi was a member of the 2016 United States Olympic Team where she won a gold medal in the 4x100 meter relay… Daughter of Robert and Erica… Was involved in National Honors Society and Futures Educators Club in high school.
