Alex Harrison joined the Cincinnati athletics department in May 2023 as Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. In this role he will support ticket operation efforts for all ticketed sports but lead ticket operation efforts for Baseball. In addition, he oversees student ticketing, managing the student gameday worker program, scanner management, and electronic device set up for gamedays.
Harrison came to UC following four years as a Group Sales Account Executive and Senior Account Executive with the Louisville Bats, the Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. After leading the department in sales revenue for three years, he was promoted to Senior Account Executive in September 2022. In his role, he was involved in selling season tickets, group outings, premium seating, and was in charge of creating and executing theme days such as Education Day and Scout Night at Louisville Slugger Field.
He also worked at Eastern Kentucky with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions for the 2018-19 athletics season following a year each with the Kentucky Speedway and Hagerstown Suns, the Single-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals.
Harrison was a Direct Sales Representative with the St. Louis Cardinals following his 2015 graduation from Louisville, where he earned a bachelor's degree in sport management and minor in communications.
Harrison was born and raised in Florence, KY and currently lives there with his wife, Hannah, and dog, Nala.
