TicketsAlissa Gryniewski began her role as Senior HR Coordinator with the University of Cincinnati Athletics Department on July 5, 2023. In this position, she supports full-time staff and student employees while handling student onboarding, timekeeping and payroll, and general employment questions.
Gryniewski helps manage the employee lifecycle within HR systems, including hiring, onboarding, entering payment information and updates, and employee separations. She also advises supervisors on HR procedures and University of Cincinnati policies while helping ensure compliance with university and federal requirements.
A Cincinnati, Ohio, native, Gryniewski earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. She returned to UC to earn her master’s degree in Human Resources in 2025.
Outside of work, Gryniewski enjoys sand volleyball, painting, reading and traveling.
